Hydraulic System:
Hydraulic pump stations and hydraulic control systems are characterized by low motor speed, high torque, low noise, and low temperature rise.
The hydraulic control system (multi-way valves, flow control valves, etc.) and the hydraulic power unit (gear pumps, reservoirs, etc.) both utilize products from Shimadzu, a Sino-Japanese joint venture.
Power steering pump: Equipped with a five-port oil-fed power steering pump to ensure the steering system is safe, light, and responsive.
Priority valve: Steering takes priority. In the event of insufficient power, when tilt, lift, and steering are operating simultaneously, steering takes priority.
Pressure relief valve: Regulates the pressure in the pump station.
Speed-limiting valve: Limits the speed of the lifting cylinder during the return stroke, making the return stroke safer.
The door frame is made of special materials that comply with national standards, including manganese, silicon, and vanadium, and offers advantages such as elasticity, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance.
The built-in tilt cylinder keeps the operator platform clean, safe, and easy to clean.
Roof bars: Made from reinforced 40×80×5 mm tubing. The roof has passed a 2-ton parabolic drop test. The roof bars are welded directly to the vehicle body for enhanced safety and reliability.
The roof features a wraparound design, and the headlights extend outward to their maximum extent, providing a wider and more comfortable field of view to the front, rear, and overhead.
